The brief asked for calm, daylight-led spaces that work for family life through the day. Planning began with orientation and shading, then moved into proportion, circulation and the sequence of arrival.

Structure was executed against approved drawings with staged inspections at foundation, slab and finishing levels. Quantities were tracked against the agreed BOQ and reported to the client throughout.

Grade-specified concrete and reinforcement, stone and porcelain surfaces, concealed lighting details and brass hardware — selected for durability first, appearance second.
